STUDIO INFORMATION · UPDATED SEPTEMBER 17, 2026
Privacy policy.
This policy explains the public Silentmillions website and the owner-operated Silentmillions Content Studio tools.
Who operates this service
Silentmillions Content Studio is operated by Kris Zimmerman. Contact kriszimmerman04@gmail.com with privacy, access, correction, or deletion requests.
The public website
This website presents the studio and links to its published work. It does not offer visitor accounts, social-account sign-in, payments, or an upload form. It does not include advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or embedded social videos. Our hosting provider may process routine connection information such as IP addresses, request paths, browser details, and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Clicking an external link takes you to a separate service with its own policies.
The private studio tools
The studio tools are for the operator’s authorized accounts. They may process account and channel identifiers, OAuth authorization credentials, video files and metadata, publishing records, available performance metrics, and public comments and replies. We use this information to prepare original or authorized content, publish when authorized, prevent duplicate posts, evaluate performance, and route comments for an appropriate response. The public website has no access to the studio’s credentials, videos awaiting release, or private databases.
YouTube API Services
The studio uses YouTube API Services. The Google Privacy Policy applies to Google’s handling of data. You can revoke the studio’s access through Google account permissions. Revoking access stops future authorized API access; contact the operator to request deletion of data already held. The operator will handle verified deletion or revocation requests as soon as possible and within the applicable YouTube API policy deadline of 30 days.
Other platforms
TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook connections are in preparation. An account is connected only after the platform’s own authorization flow is completed. Requested access and supported features depend on platform permissions and review. No social password is requested by this public website. Manage authorized applications in the settings of the relevant platform and contact the operator for local data deletion.
Storage, retention, and sharing
Studio credentials and operational records are stored separately from this public site. Credentials are restricted to local operator access. API data is subject to each platform’s refresh, retention, and deletion requirements; this policy does not promise permanent storage. Publishing records and original rights evidence are kept as needed to operate the studio and prevent duplicate uploads, subject to applicable deletion obligations. Contact emails are used to address your request. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
Authorized publishing sends the selected video and metadata to the selected social platform. Public comments and performance data may be analyzed in the local studio; automated replies, where enabled and supported, are limited to low-risk cases. Uncertain or sensitive comments are routed for review. Original scripts and research may be prepared with AI-assisted tools. No Google user data is provided to third-party AI services by this public website.
Your choices
Contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we hold about you. Include enough context to identify the relevant account, video, or comment; do not send passwords or tokens. We may ask for appropriate evidence of ownership before changing private data. We do not intentionally collect information from children through this website.
