Terms of use.

These terms cover the public Silentmillions website and explain the scope of our owner-operated content studio.

The studio

Silentmillions Content Studio is an independent project operated by Kris Zimmerman. The public site provides information, links to published videos, and a way to contact the operator. It does not provide a public automation service, guaranteed distribution, or a paid subscription.

Content and permitted use

You may browse the website, share its links, and view linked work under the rules of the platform hosting it. Original studio scripts, graphics, and edits remain subject to their applicable rights. A public video or website link is not permission to download, reupload, or commercially reuse the work. Contact us for licensing or reuse permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

Authorized clipping

Studying a creator’s hook, pacing, or storytelling does not confer rights to their footage. The studio’s clipping workflow requires ownership, an appropriate license, or permission. Do not send material you lack permission to share. We may request provenance before accepting material.

AI-assisted production

Our production process can use AI-assisted research and drafting, original generated or procedural visuals, and synthetic narration. We review evidence and make required disclosures. Content is informational and may contain errors; contact us with a specific correction. No view count, virality, income, monetization approval, or publishing frequency is guaranteed.

Platform services

Use of YouTube-related features is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Other connected services retain their own terms, authorization requirements, review processes, and posting limits. A studio authorization does not override a platform restriction. You may revoke permissions using the relevant platform’s account settings.

Responsible use and availability

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate the studio, or use its material to mislead others. We may update or suspend this site. External links are provided for convenience and are controlled by their respective operators. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be limited.
